Our 2025 Junior High track meet is on (Date TBD) at Strathcona Athletic Park. Students that finish in 1st or 2nd at our school meet are invited to attend the EIAA Track and Field Meet on May 27, 2025 at Strathcona Athletic Park. From there, students that again finish Top 3 at the EIAA Meet will be invited to represent Elk Island at the Zone Meet on June 3, 2025 at Strathcona Athletic Park. There is a fee around $40 to attend the EIPS and Zone Meets. Good luck LLR Wolves!
LLR JUNIOR HIGH TRACK MEET

TIME: 9:00AM-2:30PM
ATTENDEES: GRADE 7-9 STUDENTS, LLR STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS

Students in Grades 7, 8 and 9 will be bussed to and from LLR to SAP for the day. Please ensure your child dresses for the weather, brings a disposable bagged lunch and a water bottle. Students will be outside for the majority of the day.
BBQ LUNCH INFORMATION
We are hosting an optional BBQ lunch at our track meet! All food must be pre-ordered - we are unable to accept orders at the event. If you are interested in ordering a BBQ hot lunch for your child, please sign into the ParentPortal, select your Jr High student fees, and then select and complete the Jr High BBQ form.
The BBQ order form will be available on ParentPortal from (Dates TBD) No late orders will be accepted. We are unable to meet any individual dietary preferences. If you are planning to volunteer, the school will cover the cost of your lunch. Please write on the volunteer section of the permission form your choice of cheeseburger combo or hamburger combo. In the event students are absent from the track meet, no refunds for food orders will be issued and no alternate arrangements for BBQ food pick-up will be accommodated.
